ETC, Inc. is a sustainability-focused communications and public relations firm. We have served the public relations and community engagement needs of local government, public utilities and business for nearly 30 years. Established in 1994, the company has offices in Toledo, Cincinnati and Cleveland Ohio. Our staff of nine includes public relations professionals, graphic designers, a photographer and administrative personnel who provide the wide range of public outreach support your projects will need.
ETC blends traditional public relations and communication skills with a fundamental understanding of sustainability and large infrastructure projects to deliver effective, unique community relations plans and public outreach strategies that have been proven to drive awareness.
